Not a typical CV generator. We think like a recruiter.
Most CV generators fill a template with your words. RezuYes works out how to position you for this exact job â what goes first, what becomes a supporting line, what the recruiter will doubt â and tells you honestly what to fix. Here is what that looks like in practice, with examples from our tests on real job offers.
Head of AI who wants to code again
Eleven years in AI, the last ones spent in meetings and budgets â now applying for a hands-on engineering role. A template generator would list the senior titles first and make the problem worse: the CV reads like a manager who might leave in a month.
We put the hands-on work first â the RAG system, the agent, the numbers â and kept leadership as a supporting line. The CV reads like an engineerâs. The interview prep then includes the question the hiring manager is really asking: will you be happy without the title?
A German CV, a Polish application
Five years in receivables management in Germany, applying in Polish. We translated the whole CV, kept the system names (kVASy) and the original job title in brackets so nothing gets lost, and put the result that matters on top: the dunning rate down from 4.1% to 3.2%. That figure came from the candidateâs own CV â we moved it to where a recruiter looks first.
First job, no experience
A psychology graduate with an internship at a university career office. âInternship â supported studentsâ would be the template version. We turned it into concrete proof: 30 CV consultations and 2 interview workshops. And we warned her honestly that the offer asks for German C1 â a requirement her materials didnât show, so it went into her tips, not into her CV.
The interview questions nobody wants
A gap in the CV, a missing requirement, a step down in seniority. You get those questions too, with an honest way to answer them â not just the comfortable ones. A recruiter will notice these things in seconds; it is better that you notice them first.
How the thinking works under the hood
The same rules apply to every CV, whatever your field:
- One timeline from all sources: your old CV, LinkedIn profile and notes are merged; the same job in two sources becomes one role with every distinct achievement.
- LinkedIn page noise â buttons, follower counts, ads â is ignored; durations like â4 yrs 7 mosâ become proper periods.
- No inflation: âsupportedâ never becomes âledâ, team results stay team results, years of experience are rounded down.
- Every requirement of the offer you genuinely meet is visible in the CV itself, with the proof in bold.
- Gaps, conflicts and missing essentials go into short tips for you â never hidden, never invented away.
What a recruiter checks in the first seconds â and what we do about it
Recruiters skim before they read. We write for that skim:
- The title and summary: your real professional identity angled at the target role, never a job title you havenât held.
- The first bullet of each role: the most relevant achievement for this offer, not the oldest duty.
- The bold phrases: proof of the offerâs must-haves, in the offerâs own words where they are true.
- Dates and order: strict reverse-chronological, gaps visible â and prepared for in the interview questions.
Why honesty is the strategy
A CV gets you into the room; the interview checks every line. An inflated CV wins the first round and loses the second. Positioning real experience well â and preparing for the doubts it raises â is what a good recruiter would tell you to do. That is what RezuYes does in a few minutes.
FAQ
Are these examples real?
They come from our tests on real job offers. Personal details are left out; the situations and the way the CV was positioned are as described.
Will the AI exaggerate to make me look better?
No. It never upgrades verbs, adds employers, dates or numbers, or presents team results as personal ones. It changes emphasis and order, not facts.
What happens if I donât meet a requirement?
It stays out of the CV. You get a tip about it in the app and, if you add a job offer, an interview question about it with an honest way to answer.
